Sleep narcissism...

If you're one of those people who oversleep and face sleep paralysis, well that's your fault. It's not uncommon to think you're awake and have a dream about something that didn't happen when it didn't happen so get your head on straight when you're talking about ghosts. I know what I'm talking about.
In my life, I've encountered a ghost or two and consider myself a "ghost (or "death") connoisseur". Ghosts mainly, death comes second in my nature, and yes I know that's backwards. I hope to live, rather than die before my next ghost encounter.

But...

Let's get one thing straight, your sanity relies heavily on sleep. A "sleep narcissist" is someone who enjoys their sleep over a pittance of reality and the waking of it.
Not in my tea you don't. I'd rather see things not meant for mortal eyes before I close mine thusly for the eternal realm.
...and sleep comes with caution.
At night is one particular "per" while another would be naps. Daytime particularly. With that said, more or less...
...I prefer to self title myself as a "sleep casual". Sleeping past 1AM and waking at the peak of morning, mines is 8AM.

Don't get me wrong.
I like sleep, but...
With life there are things meant to see and slept over. With each thing in life accounted for, I think life is worth for one worth waking and reality is worth more than or less for one living but with the consequence of dying. To a ghost or a person, what have you.
